Sas processes common personal data of customers, suppliers and subjects who voluntarily communicated their data directly or by phone or by post or by fax or e-mail. The processing of personal data is aimed, directly or indirectly, at the establishment and execution of the contractual relationship, to comply with legal obligations. The e-mail addresses or telephone or fax numbers may be used for sending communications for the purposes identified above, as you have the right to object to the afore mentioned use in accordance with the law. When someone requests free information through a form, by direct e-mail, by phone call or otherwise, data (name and surname, email, telephone, message) are required to be able to provide the answer and for marketing surveys. The data can be communicated to the outside as necessary for the fulfillment of the mandate or for the fulfillment of fiscal or administrative obligations.
Communication and circulation of data
According to articles 44 and ss. of the GDPR 2016/679 the data conferred, acquired through consent for the purposes and with the modalities rendered in the present policy, can be communicated, on paper and electronic supports, in Italy, within the European Union or in non-EU countries, to collaborators and external companies, also for the purpose of references, agencies responsible for carrying out activities connected with or resulting from the execution of the contract. The data that can be communicated will be related to the activity established with Pelletoni Iuri & C. Sas QPA (by way of example: company name, nominative contacts of the company, professional figures for training interventions, etc …).
Nature of the collection and consequences of a failure to provide it
The provision of personal data is considered a necessary condition for fulfilments related to the QPA activity of Pelliconi Iuri & C. Sas. Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, personal data are kept until the request for withdrawal exercised by the interested parties.
Methods of processing
The processing of data is carried out through paper and computerized media with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in compliance with the security measures pursuant to art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679, by persons specifically appointed, in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR 2016/679.
The Data Controller of personal data is QPA di Pelliconi Iuri & C. Sas, with registered office in Imola (BO), Via Lambertini, 6 in the person of its legal representative.
The processing of data takes place at the QPA offices of Pelliconi Iuri & C. Sas, by personnel in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
Right to access personal data
Each subject, as foreseen by the articles 15-22 of the GDPR 2016/679, has the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data, indications about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period; to ask for an update or correction. According to the same article each subject has the right to obtain the processing limitation, the portability of data, or receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, and transmit them to another holder of the treatment without impediments, oppose the treatment at any time and also in the case of treatment for direct marketing purposes, oppose an automated decision making process concerning individuals, including profiling. These rights may be exercised with a written request sent to Pelliconi Iuri & C. Sas QPA at the registered office address or PEC address qpasas@pec.it indicating the subject «Privacy data processing».
Changes to this declaration
In case of changes to the terms of this Declaration of confidentiality of data, QPA of Pelliconi Iuri & C. Sas will make the changes in question public and update the revision date of this document. In the event that substantial changes are made to this Declaration, QPA di Pelliconi Iuri & C. Sas will send a communication to the customers.
